plausible pigmentation

-Why is it, that when I cross the border / all of a sudden is green all over?

even the money matches the surounding areas from the next corner of my country. As soon as I come back: the walls turn gray and abstracted into an ongoing puzzle that turns people´s psyche´s into chaos. -Who´s to blame for that? the system? the budget for urban development? who do I ask? who can give me the answers? maybe there is no answers, maybe i shouldn´t ask ...
